Continuing Education Cancellation Policy
Registration:
Participants may register through phone, fax or email. Full payment is required within two weeks of registration.
CCAOM accepts cash/cheque/debit or money order payments (CDN currency only). Cheques and money orders are payable to the East West Medical Society.
If full payment is not received within two weeks of the registration date the spot will be automatically forfeit, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy:
- $50 administration fee to withdraw from seminars more than 3 weeks before seminar date;
- Cancellation between 14 to 21 days prior to the seminar date will result in 50% deducted from refund;
- No refund if cancellation is less than 14 days before seminar date.
When submitting payment for continuing education workshops at CCAOM it is required for registrants to submit a signed printed copy of our cancellation policy with your payment. The PDF file is attached below.
